TRF Secret Santa 2011

A box from NARTS (NAR H.Q.) arrived yesterday. I haven't opened it yet, and after asking both the boys and verifying that they had not ordered anything, it looks like there is a Secret Santa gift in the house.

I ordered my victim's gift as part of the Black Saturday craziness (one of the deals lined up perfect). I requested that it be sent out earlier than my items. I sure hope it get to me in time to get out to my SS. Don't worry, if it doesn't, I'll make it right. No kid (or grown-up-kid) should be without a toy on Christmas.

SS gift was in box. I can guess 1 in 3 what it might be. Thank you to my SS this year.

List updated, make sure you'all let me know when you send and recieve a gift.

I received the packages from the vendors i was expecting donations from. Since they are not marked SS, I assume they are for the Special and not for Papa Elf Hmm some of these items are on my wish list

recieved my gift today... ty to my ss for making sure i have nearly a month of looking at this mysterious box :dark:

Secret Santa gift sent via greyhound. I think he is faster than USPS but just don't expect it to arrive without a nibble or two.

My kids asside, does anyone find it odd that I spent more on my recipiant than I plan to spend on my other family members?

Don't find it odd at all. I tend to do the same.. I give gifts to family throughout the year here and there so it all works out....

Well, it was 15 nights before xmas and all through the house, the vacuum was howling loud enough to scare the grouse..... blah blah blah..... and what does the disheveled mail lady leave at the door, but a box from fliskits "TRF SS goodies" galore!

Grand ma got run over by a reindeer as Santa made his way to my house today, however upon further inspection the incriminating hoof marks were made by llamas! Santa's sleigh is now pulled by llamas and left me a gift marked do not open till Christmas..... oh the pain and suffering of waiting...

also my package for my target arrived today also, just have to wrap it and send it on its way.:dark:

Got a 'Christmasy' decorated shoe box in the mail Saturday..Doesn't specifically say Secret Santa or if is from another generous person..Guess I will find out come Christmas time, if not earlier(when a package labeled Secret Santa arrivs)!

Wow, I looked at the S & R list, and I was surprized to see so many members that have not sent yet, and based on what has been sent, I was even more surprized to see how many have not received yet. With the post office cutting & slowing services, all of the parcel companies are going to be overwhelmed with deliveries... delays will be a given.

List updated. Santa told me to tell you guys that anything that was ordered from Wildman black friday sale should arrive in time; but there is a chance of a delay.

A fairly large box showed up from from Neenah,WI a couple days ago. Instead of using "The Force" to guess what's inside or rattling the box, I shook the livin' crap out of my computer monitor and out came a veritable plethora of possible realities from Sirius Rocketry. Not cool, there is nothing from that site that I won't drool over in anticipation for the next 10 days. ( my apologies in advance for my computer monitor, it's a conscript and hasn't been trained in the art of resisting hard interrogation) LOL
