Hi all, I am looking to design and build a hybrid rocket engine and I would like to know where I could find a spreadsheet to design a hybrid rocket engine. Or if any of you could share it with me.

It will get you started. But it will help a great deal if you go through some books on hybrids first, if you have not already done so. You need to know what is going on, rather than just what the spreadsheet is telling you. Garbage in, garbage out. The Colburn book is a good start.

Where are you located? Do you have Level 2 certs?
