You and Shread should go back into those posts and edit out that email address, modify it by using "dot" instead of "." and using "at" instead of "@", breaking it up into two sentences, etcetera.

The internet has a way of finding these addresses if you post them, and filling your inbox with junkmail. (Ask me how I know.)
