Telemetrum and 64 bit operating system issues

Anybody had any issues with installing the telemetrum ALTOS with Windows 7 64 bit software. I can't get it to work but works fine on another laptop running XP SP3.
Anybody have any suggestions or success with using the Telemetrum with Windows 7 64 bit?

The only Java bits I had were 32-bits, so I only ever built the 32-bit version of the DLL which is required to talk to the USB devices. If you've got a pointer to a 64-bit Java VM, I can recompile the DLL for 64-bits and test things...

Keith I downloaded "jre-6u27-windows-i586" and it seems to have cured my issues. I can communicate with the telemetrum & teledongle without problem now after installing it.

Yeah, looks like there are both 32-bit and 64-bit JVMs for Windows. I'll make sure the installation instructions tell people to just use the 32-bit version; that's what most people have installed for compatibility with 32-bit browsers.

I don't use Windows on a regular basis...
