Can anyone help? A friend of mine is writing a book on spaceflight for kids, and would like to include some photos from, I think, an estes catalogue. He has tried calling them, and just gets "press button 1 for..." followed by "waiting music", and has tried e-mailing them, and received no reply! Does anyone know the contact details for a public relations person at Estes who can help him?

if Estes is not answering the telephone (1-800-525-7561) and you have left a message on voicemail (assuming you got voicemail) and you sent e-mail via the web contact and still no answer, then you should consider contacting Bill Stine at Quest Aerospace.
