Hello... Names Rob, getting the itch to start a new build and get back into rockets. Love doing this during the winter. It's makes for easier recovery at Bong haha.

my Level 1 cert flight I believe from a number of years ago.

This year going for Level 2 for sure this year. Hoping that goes well. Might push rocket for a level 3 shot maybe....

Really, I've been on and off in the hobby most of my life. Really enjoy High power and have kept my Tripoli membership since getting my level 1 a few years ago.

Thank you Stewman! I feel people brush off this hobby quickly thinking it’s basically child’s play. The people who don’t get it at least. But as I see it, there’s nothing that can compare to the speeds that are possible! It’s just awesome! Thanks again!

I LOVE your car!

I wanted an NA, but initially got the NC and later found the MSM (NB) for a song...the seller was desperate and was trying to sell it in November in NY while the shifter was wonky, the top all torn and the inside FULL of dog fur. NOT pleasant cleaning all that, but totally worth it and I live between two mountains, so the roads really are a pleasure to drive in these cars...you don't need to race them to fully enjoy them.

The best therapy in the world is driving a Miata down a winding road on a sunny day with the top down. :wos_love: :D

Thank you Ken!

I had my heart set on a NA, I when I started looking around I found this girl right away! A high schooler had it way up north in the UP. Made me think it maybe rusted out. I hesitated for about a week. Rechecked still there! I asked him to meet me halfway and found it’s amazing shape! No rust to be found.

I do agree you don’t need to race to enjoy these cars…I live about 2 hrs from Road America and I feel compelled to go. Also, I was basically racing to and from work everyday I had it out!! 😂

To live between some mountains would be a great! I live in NE WI. Pretty flat and straight roads this part and much farmland. Still so fun!

I dream of bringing it to the “dragons tail” someday.

Love this! It’s so true…
