OK, more or less a stretched Alpha.

But no, I had not fully understood, because the AstroCam has that special nose cone.

Still, the context was a comment about "a camera only or a rocket only version" to paraphrase. So, the rocket without the camera really is more or less a stretched Alpha with a special nose cone. As later explained, "rocket only" wasn't meant to say no camera, just no full starter set. So I was half right on one count, and totally wrong on two.

What have you been using to edit the videos on the Mac? I need to cut out 18 minutes of “hanging in the tree”...

You can trim them in QuickTime player. I haven't pulled any Astrocam stuff into iMovie to see what else I can do there.

Well... you can do pretty much anything there. But if all you want to do it trim it down, QT player is easiest.

Neil, I really wish that iMovie could do the data overlay I've done with RaceRender (which is really clunky to work with, but at least it works). But that's a really niche capability so I really wouldn't expect Apple to put it in iMovie (or even Final Cut).
