I know Just after my Fliskits praise I have to heap praise on another of our rocket vendors.

Last Nov I ordered some Decals from Phred, but they never showed up. Lost in the Christmas rush I guess. I contacted Phred in Jan and asked if they had been sent, He said they had a long time ago. Well I just got a replacement set in the mail, no charge! Thanks Phred, great customer service.

Too bad every business doesn't operate like our rocket vendors.

I have gotten the same type of service from him. Fred Talasco of Excelsior Rocketry is definitely one of the "good guys" in our hobby.
