Here are 2 videos of my Ascender.

This one was taken at NSL 2016.

And here the flight at ROSCO in Camden SC in the afternoon.

Next time I use an upward looking camera I will have to fly in the morning or late afternoon when the sun is low otherwise you will just have the sun on the lens.

I also had a bit of bad luck when the sustainer landed on the field which you can see in the video. Amazingly one day later you wouldn't be able to notice what had happened to the rocket. Kudos to Estes for robust body tubes!

Staging is accomplished via my altimeter which sets off an e-match after acceleration is cut to ignite the upper stage.
