I recieved an order from the a few days ago, and one item was incorrect. I emailed them about it, asking for the correct part, and after 2 days have had no response to it. I just tried calling him on the phone (616) 460-2678 and got no answer.

Very strange.
 
I'd have a little more patience.

2 days isn't strange for a small mom and pop business.

I don't think they have a customer service department waiting on 24 hour standby like Amazon.
 
I hear what you're saying. Haven't dealt with them before, wasn't sure if that was the norm for them or not.

I was just there last night for the weekly club meeting and everything was fine. Randy and the guys have top notch customer service. Try emailing them again; emails do get lost. If you don't hear back in a timely manner post here again and I will contact Randy or Phil personally.

They don't go to LDRS.
 
They contacted me, and everything will be taken care of. Looks to be a good resolution.
