Thanks for your question Mr. S.J. I have been working on curved cardboard for about a year now, (Right now the templates to Trace, Cut, shape and glue for 3 different styles of "BT-60" cones are just about as good as i am going to get them)... and If you know someone who wants to "beta test" a downloadable version of the patterns, they will be available shortly.

The cone pictured here is constructed of 3 Pieces of "house brand generic" Bathroom tissue core and took about an hour to build not counting drying time

Well, it's no Uranus Explorer (https://www.rocketreviews.com/umm-me-uranus-explorer-2-scratch-by-tom-markel.html), but I think it's pretty cool! Should be useful for defending against a Kling-on invasion or exploring the asterioid belt.
