Excited to get my stuff whenever it shows up, but I definitely should have also grabbed the 29/240 with two H180s and a 24/60 case. Oh well, next year, I guess. 🤪

Dumb question: Is it kosher to email or call about an estimated ship time? Not marked Christmas or anything, I'm just excited to start building!
Try emailing with an order #.
Any answer you get will be a guess ,depending on what’s in the order .
We are still waiting on the blue glass for the Blue Journeys, and carbon for everything carbon .no sky angle yet .
4 plus pallets of aerotech to separate and organize when they show up next week.

I will do that! Thanks Tim

Just kiddin, Tim is great. I don't know how he does it, but EVERYBODY gets their stuff. I told ship mine all together, I figured March or April, but he said he is only waiting for one CF tube. That new little fuzzy helper must be a great worker.
". . .new little fuzzy helper. . ."?!! I see a bunch of mysterious CATOs in someone's future! LOL!

Yes, Tim (& Jackie) ARE great - and so is that "new little fuzzy helper"!

I just want to do a shout out to Tim and Jackie. I place a couple of disjointed orders and slightly cryptic comments about a Christmas gift and what to hold up and what to do partial shipping on. Wildman pretty much read my mind and shipped out partials on what needed to get out for the holidays. Thanks and have a great holiday!

Alrighty folks
I have good news and some bad news
WE got all of the orders marked for Christmas out in time as long as UPS and USPS do there job everybody should be happy.
WE have received the onebadhawk,,rocketpoxy ,most of the aeropack, and LOC
3+ pallets of Aerotech.
Bad news CTI told us that i could be up to July for everything to be delivered .
If you do not want to wait for CTI please call us so we can issue a refund .
Thank You
Tim
Are there any more details than that? Is it all CTI motors big and small that will take that long? Specific propellants?

I have a 75mm M on order I was hoping to fly in late May.

We asked to have the order split into 2 shipments and this what we are told.
I know it sounds terrible, unfortunately this is what we are trying to deal with just keeping stock on hand.
Last year we placed an order in February and received it in August .

Is it wrong of me to have warm and fuzzies (no disparagement to Mike!) over AeroTech, but not so much for CTI?

And I was getting set to buy some CTI casings. . .

😾

Yes but I will have a lot more after Tuesday when fedex finally shows up with the 2 pallets that couldn’t get the last 15 miles today because of the 1” of snow .

I will see yall next week then!! 😁

Hope the entire family has a wonderful Christmas and you guys stay warm! It's warmed up to a balmy 0°F in Aurora so I can only imagine what its like in a big farm house surrounded by fields. Ugh......spring/summer/fall is great but its the winter (and the politics) that make me question my sanity living in Illinois still.

We warmed up... ( -4°F ) outside a littlebit ago..

About 2 months ago I bought some CTI cases, and only a couple of loads to test. Since then none of what I want are in stock anywhere. Oh well.
I'll went back to AT DMS motors for next summer. (No rush @WILDMANRS , won't have the local HP field till about May. )

Have a great Christmas and New Year.

After the announcement of the CTI delays we have had multiple request to switch over to Aerotech products.

To help ease the bad news From CTI we will offer anyone who had a CTI order and wants to switch it over to Aerotech products instead of the 20% you received for CTI we will offer 25% off retail for Aerotech products

If you would like to get a refund or switch over to Aerotech Products please contact us through email or over the phone .

Thank you from Wildman's

😲😃 wow you are such a great vendor.

@AeroTech as well!!

I am sure Tim has long gotten his holiday order in to AT for planning their production and now, adding to that likely required coordinating with AT as increasing the holiday orders would affect their production planning.

Both vendors are equally awesome!!

I wish I knew what was up with CTI though..... Some transparency on their part would be nice. Is their HPR business not something that they feel is viable any longer so are pushing it out?? That would be tragic. We need motor vendor options to assure viability of our hobby.

Considering CTI more than likely has Military contractors bugging them weekly for their equipment, waiting patiently for orders from CTI is the least we can do for our military brethren who have needs that far exceed our wants.

Thank you, Tim and Jackie.
Merry Christmas everyone!

Merry Christmas everyone!

If that is the case, then I wholeheartedly agree. Though having some transparency on that would be helpful and expected. We don't hear anything from CTI, ever. A simple post about the motor situation and other work would go a long way for their customers and those in the hobby in general.

Proper planning [for CTI motors/engines] seems to be: if you wish/plan to fly in May of 2024, order your CTI reloadables NOW.

Just got my shipping notice for the AT motors... :bravo: AND a shipping refund from combining orders.THANK YOU.

Now I'll need to sit here and stare at them for a few months though till we get back to flying... o_O :)
"I have too much money. I guess I'll just need to stare at it until I spend it."
`Problems' that aren't. 🤣
(I DO periodically enjoy, especially during cold, snowy mornings, looking at some of my high-power motors and imagining in what I'm going to fly them this spring, summer and fall, and how they might fare. Motivates me, too, to learn and plan.)

Great news, but on the other hand the rest of us are going to be obsessively checking our email from now on!
Yep, obsessively checking email paid off, tripple shipping notice, and combined shipping refund email, too!

Gotta get my butt in gear and finish my 2 current builds!
