Congrats on quitting smoking. Four years and counting since I quit.Making some progress on my trailer set-up. I've had it out to 2 launches so far. What a game changer. Best thing I've done since I quit smoking.
I would like to install 1010 rail buttons and 1/4" launch lugs on this "lightweight" minie magg scratch-build, so it can be launched from either pad.
Looking for suggestions: This is a 3 fin, 5.5" rocket. There is enough room to install the buttons and lugs all between one set of fins. Should I do that, or install them on completely separate sides?

I like to put lugs into the fin root fillet, so I’d put the rail buttons centered between fins and the lug in one of the adjacent fillets.I would like to install 1010 rail buttons and 1/4" launch lugs on this "lightweight" minie magg scratch-build, so it can be launched from either pad.

Probably doesn't matter, whichever is most aesthetically pleasing to you. This is a 3 fin, 5.5" rocket. There is enough room to install the buttons and lugs all between one set of fins. Should I do that, or install them on completely separate sides?
If I were putting them on the same side this is how I would do it.I like to put lugs into the fin root fillet, so I’d put the rail buttons centered between fins and the lug in one of the adjacent fillets.
Big Bertha build. Starting a Big Bertha build. I've wanted a Big Bertha rocket since I was a kid and I finally got one I'm going to document the build on Twitter too. When complete, I'm planning on making a YouTube video on the build as well. In general, I don't see much rocketry videos on YouTube.
