I recently received an Estes ceramic coffee mug that was broken. It was to be a Christmas gift for a fellow BAR friend. Estes did an excellent job in quickly providing a replacement hassle free.

If you lived in Canada Estes they would not help, talk to you or sell you anything. Real family hobby company, trying to get a part is like getting a tooth pulled

Yup, I've had to contact them a few times for customer service and they're always very responsive and make sure everything is set right.
