I must be a pretty popular guy, and trustworthy one at that. All these African bankers seem to want me, little ole me to help them with their dilemma: How to deal with the millions of dollars that are locked up in delinquent accounts, to get monies out of the country. And then they, can leave their meager existence, and join the corrupt-free free world.
Once again, today I receive a warm invitation to contact a lowly banker who is trying to balance his books, and carefully get said monies out of his country, and out of the hands of his oppressive government. I guess his heart is in the right place.. Oh, wait, I have two invites. And its an almost daily occurrence They must share their info amongst themselves.. Talk about team work.. There must be billions in locked up private accounts..
Of course, that also raises the thought, that despite being poor (compared to our well being) it seems there are a lot of rich people in Africa who have died without any apparent heirs or family to claim their fortunes. With an apparently skyrocketing birth rate, I guess the wealthy choose to not have children. And with all this wealth, why isnt Africa better off than portrayed on TV; the news, those UNICEF info-mercials..
And I guess I should feel extra special, since I have never met the bankers in question. I guess my reputation precedes me, or that my defunct & cancelled face book page helps portray me as a mediocre man, but a trustworthy man at that...
I guess I am the only one. These guys are bankers, and we all know we can trust bankers. Especially humble bankers who are seeking help from trustworthy people like me. I would guess they might contact a few other individuals, should I not be the person they expect. Any smart person makes sure they have a back up plan..
I should contact Mushareef, he seems legit & sincere, and talk about the $21.8 million in US dollars. This could be a welcome boost form almost loosing my job this month. I know the wife would be happy with a new whatever.
But first, I better contact Mr. Smythe, about the 1.2 million Euros Ive apparently won in a British lottery Strange, though, that I havent been overseas in a long time.. And that they, the UK lottery corporation dont seem to have any contact info for me apart form a Hotmail.com account.
Seriously, how many of these things do we all get? Are there still people that gullible? That stupid to fall for this?! I am just truely amazied that this "scam" has been around for so long, and seem to be constant in our web-landscape..
