I ordered a couple of Rouse-Tech cases and a few reloads this weekend. This morning I realized I wasn't paying attention and one of the reloads was not the one I wanted (my mistake).
Sent an email to Brian and asked if he could swap it if it hadn't shipped yet, and I'd send him the difference (new one was a bit more).
Got a reply back in minutes saying no problem and not to worry about the difference. The difference wasn't much, but it's the thought that counts. I will certainly be doing business with him again.
