Would like to know if anyone has any FSI Motors for sale, and if so can you ship them? I have some FSI kits and although it might be risky to try them I'm willing to do so.Looking for 21mm D18's.

Your best bet will be to get a 18mm motor mount with a couple layers of tape and use the 18mm Q jets.

I have 18mm motor mounts with paper centering rings but I don't, know if they would be strong enough to handle the thrust of QJets, I don't have any experience with them so I don't know if the mount would hold up.
