I am converting a Mercury Engineering "Grave Danger" kit into a night launch rocket for the upcoming SARA night launch next Saturday. I am almost done with the addition of lights to the lower section and need to proceed with the addition of a nightbow to the nose cone of this kit. It is made of a very translucent plastic which distributes the light nicely, but I am not certain of the best way to mount it. How have you nightbow purchasers tackled the mounting process? I need to mount it with the lens projecting into the nosecone and have access to a place for the battery and to access the programming jumper. I also have to add some nose weight for stability purposes to balance out a rear mounted battery and still be able to protect the nightbow from ejection charges.

hi, are you still selling these (NiteBow)?

Yes this pass has:
3 watt RGB (Red, Green and Blue) LED
new 15 degree translucent Lens( throws more light into the Airframe or Nose Cone)
about 30 different patterns of light to select from, via a shunt.
1.25 x 1.25 x 1.5 inch board ( Fits 54mm and up, and if you remove the mounting standoffs and cut tab ( will fit a 38mm tube))
Powered by a 9 volt battery, Pattern depending can last for 4 to 5 hours.

I just make these for the Promotion of Night launch rocketry and that it can be a lot of fun.
Really don't make much , cover my cost and their a 1/3 the cost elsewhere.
$35.00 each , plus shipping
15 will be available shortly, waiting for the standoffs to arrive.
NOT YET.......... just giving a heads up, the last time they were gone fast ( 20 mins. ).............

OK
I build these to order and will need a two week window. (assembly and testing)
Parts are available to built at least 10 unit, then Parts and PCB's will have to be ordered pass that point, I will inform those that I need more time( parts)

$35.00 each and shipping will be $6.00 per package, package can hold up to 3 units max.

I do not maintained them in stock. Again built to order.

Hopefully this answer all the orders to this point, questions on cost and shipping and stocking.

Thanks again for the insurge of orders... :)
