Fred....
I remember standing around at LDRS when a few of us heard that announcement. We all made various guesses that all ended up being "This is either gonna be cool or really cool" (bordering on really cool). We were all actually kinda surprised when it worked. :p

Have to admit, I was rather surprised when it all worked too. Just a lot of things that could go wrong.

...Fred

That was a cool flight Fred, recovering all those might have been a challenge.

Well... there is this skywriting 7 stage beauty:

Well Nick, the booster only went 100 feet on an H669N, second and third stages landed near by, and the top stage had a Beeline GPS. My good friend Greg Gardener and daughters graciously recovered the bottom three and all I had to do was follow my Garmin to the next field over to retrieve the top. Turned out pretty easy.

Glad to hear that, very cool rocket, wish I would've spent more time looking at it and learning about it. My family and ran to the flight line when they announced your flight.

This guy made a 9 stage Comanche...you can hear all nine.
