LOC tubes vs. Red Arrow Phlexible Phenolic

Hello. First of all, are LOC tubes paper or phenolic? Couldn't find anything about the material on their site.

Second of all, what would you all prefer, LOC tubes or Red Arrow Hobbies' Phlexible Phenolic?
