STP file attached, the STL is too big.

This is sized for thinwall 54 mm tubing, 38mm motor mount, and 1/2 inch nylon shock cord.

Make sure your printer is calibrated, the fin can ribs make it a snug fit (by design) into the tube. while maintaining a good bondline. Print it solid, really.

There are so many uses for CAD.
I mostly do 2d electrical one-lines and schematics in AutoCAD for work (not the easiest) but it's great for solving geometric problems accurately and to scale. Geometric is usually easier than straight math.
I did a 4" upscale of an Estes 2030 Hornet in Rocksim10. It has 2 sets of 5 fins offset 36 degrees from each other. A buddy said - hey that looks great, but will a rail guide fit in between the fins??? Yikes. AutoCAD check - it fits but may need a little more offset due to slop. Makes nice accurate 5/6/7 tube marking guides too.
Cheers / Robert
