I did an upscale wac corporal(Estes version) as well as a down scale of the full size one. also a 234% upscale of a Goblin(3" dia.).

Since this thread's inception, I've done a 'Twice as' Mean Machine (3.25" dia) and a 4x Alien Invader (4" - documented in its own thread). Next year's build queue includes a Mars Snooper IIx4 and a 2x Daddy LongLegs.

Did someone say upscales? I love upscales! Looking good guys. Here are mine. They may not necessarily be considered "classics", but most are rarely if ever done upscales...

Personally, since then, I've got a 4" OD Der Big Red Max, Citation Patriot, Cineroc/Omega, and Goblin in various stages of early assembly. Might have to add a Maxi Icarus to that list someday.

I did up a 4" diameter upscale of the Estes Scorpius.

First flight on an I435T (naked), painted up, flew again on an I405LW, cracked the phenolic airframe on landing. I have a fix, just need the time... And desire to redo the paint job

Love your up scaling. I did a 5" Sprite in the mid 80s. Has a 16" tail ring and whistles nicely on a I210.

2.6" upscale Estes Sentinel, built in 2019. Stickershock decals, I really enjoyed building it.
