I posted this for sale once before but didn't have the CAT5 cable to go with it. That has now changed with the addition of at least 800' of Honeywell branded CAT5e cable, but so has the price.

For sale is brand new, never used Relay Launch Control System that was created and built by Bill Cann of Doghouse Rocketry a few years back. This is a complete system with the LCO control console/key, the away console with battery leads to connect to a 12V battery, and the CAT5 cable to connect between the consoles, though you'll have to add the CAT5 ends yourself - sorry... :-( As it is with just one (1) "away" console, it will control 4 pads in this configuration, but with the A,B,C selector and two more consoles (more on that in the next paragraph), you could control up to 12 pads at once.

This was designed to be an "add to the system as needed" launch control system. If you were only flying a few rockets, you could get away with just 4 pads and one console by the pads, but if you were doing more mid-power mixed in with some high power, you needed more options, so you'd add another console to go by the pads. I don't have but one pad console (the part with what look like electrical outlets), but I've got the wiring diagrams from which these were built. So......., you could source the components from what's in this one pad console to create a duplicate or a triplicate to round out the system and fly off of 12 pads.

HOW IT WORKS from an operational standpoint: The LCO station (box with the key and fire control) is switched between racks on the top left portion of the fire control by selecting rack A, B, or C. Once the rack is selected, arm a given pad by flipping one of the switches (1, 2, 3, or 4) up. Check continuity, and fire. Drag race? Arm up to four pads at once, check continuity on each pad, then fire. When finished with that rack, switch to the B rack, and so on. This system CAN control up to 12 individual pads at once, an A rack of 4 pads, a B rack of 4 pads, and a C rack of 4 pads (maybe one of each: low-power, mid-power, and high-power).

Just realize that with only one (1) away box, you're limited to 4 pads at this time...

$450 shipped to the USA. Paypal Friends and Family ONLY please. Thank you! Sam
