Again, sorry to pester you guys but what rocket is best fit for using a A10-3T* , 1/2 A6-2
Im looking for size limitations (weight ) and length of rocket ( 10 '' and up )

So far i know of these rockets that can probably use wizard viking and maybe alpha 1/2 class

My Estes Mini Honest John used A10-3T engines fairly reliably. I think it was a Bt20 tube about 12” long with a bulbous nosecone. The Estes sequoia also flew well on it.

I have been using A10-3t engines in any smaller model that could normally use an A8-3.
All you need is a adapter, BT-5 to BT-20 or 13mm to 18mm.

Those three rockets have 18mm motor tubes. The wizard and Viking could work if you built a 13mm mount into the 18mm tube.

Look at the Gnome, 1749, Up Aerospace, 1793, and Zinger, 2433.

The max lift off weight for 1/2A6 I 2 ounces, and 3 ounces for the A10. So any small lightweight rocket should be okay.

iirc a bt-20 version of a wac corporal (set up for 13mm engines) flies nicely on A10 motors I would however suggest going w/ streamer recovery instead of a chute.

A10's are punchy little buggers but as the chart indicates, anything over 3 oz. is pushing it.

1/2A6-2s will launch small 3FNC Alpha-type sport birds to 100-150 feet. Not bad if you're launching from a small field.

Way way way back when I was a kid (like 50 years) I launched a Big Bertha on a 1/2A6-2. It did get off the pad, made it maybe 15 feet up, and popped the chute at maybe 10 feet. It can be done, but I'd never try it again.

Estes 2445 Mini Max is a fun little rocket on these 13mm motors, as is the Estes 2446 Mini Honest John. Both were fun to build and can fly on a smaller field.

+1 on the Mini Honest John. Mine has flown dozens of times on A10-3T engines and holds up well. Easy to stuff in the chute compared to a BT-5 body tube, easy to build, easy to repair, and it just looks really cool with the stock decals from Estes.

I built a Mini Comanche 3 for my Daughter and flew it 3 stage, A10 to A10 in the boosters and a A3-4 in the sustainer. Had a nice flight to 750'.

Any of the small models fly well on these motors, I do find the recovery gear difficult to pack due to the small airframe though.
