I am back in Kuwait for my last little push. Man, I hate jet lag. This time has been a little tougher. Usually, melatonin 6 mg x 3 days does the trick. This time, not so much.

Any body know any cures?

Those will be 18 of the longest days of your life. There is no real cure for jet lag, just time to readjust, 3-6 days unfortunately. Thank you for your service, and I look forward to your upcoming builds!

A good nap, fresh air (some might say exercise, but I don't want to get carried away), and sunshine. Going east was always worse for me than going west.
