Just saying "HI" to everyone and having my first cup java :caffeine: I need that fix if ya know what I mean. Woke up to rain coming down and we are suppose to have it until Monday.

I want to say that it's nice to be apart of this forum. You guys/gals are really cool!!

I hope all of you have a great weekend and have cool things planned.:):)

Good morning! Well, after noon now. Send that rain this way. We haven't had much that resembles meaningful precipitation in a year. My rocketry season is in danger of being screwed again!

Have you ever considered roasting your own? It's one of my other hobbies...the best coffee on the planet, half the price of a lb. of Starbucks, you get to drink a different variety every day, and its fun! I highly recommend it for fellow junkies.

What roaster do you use? I started out with a poppery air popcorn machine, now I have a Behmor 1600. I'm looking at some other models though as the Behmor has difficulty taking a roast much beyond Full City+ and I prefer dark roasts. The poppery worked very well on peaberry beans.
 
we're expecting an ice storm on sunday & severe thunderstorms with the possibility of tornadoes on tuesday! love coffee too.
 
Wet and cold here too, but no coffee for me. Can't stand the nasty stuff, nor am I allowed to drink it anyway. Hot chocolate for me on days like this, a true gentleman's drink if ever there were one.

Mocha. Coffee with chocolate. Good stuff. One has to be careful not to consume too much too fast though else you can consume way to much caffeine.

I have a Gene Cafe, but I got along just fine with an iRoast2 for years. I am pretty sure theres a HotTop in my future at some point, though. :) My brother swears by his Behmor...says you never need more than City+ anyway! Saturday morning ritual: 5 batches to get me through the week.

Hot Chocolate is fine as long as you add a shot of Baileys - otherwise its coffee for me - along with some Kahlua - especially in the evening.
 
And a good evening to you sir. It's a balmy 50 something around here with a chance of showers--yea right !--sitting down to a glass of wine now. Yep, gotta agree, the gangs not too bad here--not bad at all !! Your among the best. BTW, thinking about starting one or both of those E's you set me this weekend. Gonna do a---- MK IV --- with one --that's set in stone--thinking about a--- Werewolf--- for the other. Need to keep the breed alive ya know---at'll be a good one, lots of mods !!--H

Nice--but it seems based on the youtube add 3 people have nixed me as my friend--strange but true---I don't think I have 3 friends in this world except you, deb and the wolf---hmmm seems like I'm all alone now to do what I want !! Well , it's the weekend---and a beautiful day in the neighborhood--won't you be my friend ???
 
Well, mine's not pure--she's a mix of pyreness and wolf--GO FIGURE !--I ended up with a wolf that barks-is really big--intimidates everyone in sight--looks like a golden retriever on steroides-------the pizza guy said--"OH you have a Lassie dog " --wanna know how that worked out ?? --loves kids under the age of 12--puberty and above you are fair game !, If she meets you and likes you ---you are in the pack ! If she meets you and does'nt like you --that never changes so you might as well go away--does not like white pick ups---UTILITY WORKERS-- , absolutely will not bite unless I tell her to, but will let you know that she is ready---she will muzzle you into a corner !!,gets along with other dogs--figure that one out ?loves long walks with daddy and loves the water---my lab is scared of the water--ain't figured that one out yet--,Crazy thing is -she ---the wolf--noodles things out--she's a problem solver ! I'm glad we got the lab-DIGGER--to keep her company. they occupy each others time all day until we get home---BTW--both are daddy's lap dogs !!!!---H

Out here in SD we have 50's and raining most of the last couple of days....0500 and building away (crashed real early, got up stupidly early) on an Estes Centuri - is that a confusing name or what??? The weather is being a PITA, I have about 5 things ready to get hit with primer and I can't go outside and paint when it's raining, and can't go ride the Harley either. Nothing left to do but build, muahahaha. Almost time to venture forth for coffee :caffeine:, my daughter has a basketball double-header this morning, should be fun. This forum is a great place, I read it even when I'm not posting much.
 
Damn Ice ALL Over the Ground!!!! God I hate winter!!! And cold - surprised the chickens didn't freeze:lol:

I hear ya Dave I'm up in Anaheim and we are expecting rain through Monday. Brewing some coffee now...:caffeine: Just woke up. It will clear soon. I'm waiting on an order for supplies before I can do anything else. I was thinking about build a BT-60 Patriot with dual 18mm just to kill some time. I have a decal sheet why not?
