Yeah, yesterday the forecast for Saturday in Huntsville was for thunderstorms around 4pm.

I thought up the idea to ask the team I'm mentoring if they have a contingency plan in case they cannot fly at SLI. Pence popped into my mind this morning and I was bummed to see the forecast for Pence as well. But I'll let the team do their research before I just give them the answer of the option of Thunderstruck - can't give them all the answers, can I?

Who is administering NAR cert flights? I’m looking to see if I can take my L2 written and L2 flight if possible, but wasn’t sure if I needed to contact someone ahead of the launch or if everything is handled there.

Such a fun weekend! Great weather and a great launch. I personally had 6 flights and set my new highest flight, estimated to around 5,700’ today.
Special thanks to whoever found my Vulcanite Friday evening, I greatly appreciate it and wish I could’ve tracked you down to thank you! Also thank you to Tim Dixon for administering my L2 written test, now it’s time to do my flight! Hopefully in the next month or two.

Looks like the 2 days were great. Scheduling conflicts made it impossible to attend. Guess we'll shoot for November for NSL!
