What are some of the highest MSL’s of clubs/sites with FAA waivers? Hartsel, CO the highest?

Are you asking for the elevation in feet of the launch site or the altitude in feet MSL of the COA?

For example, we launch from 5660’ MSL. Our COA can be activated up to 52,000’ MSL

Just the 5660 elevation is what I was wondering. I launch at 7,106 ft.
