Hello everybody!
My name is Thomas. I'm an aerospace engineering student focusing in propulsion. I finally had the opportunity to get into high power rocketry so I jumped on it. I flew my certification flight with an aerotech H128 in a PML Callisto. A club I'm part of at school had some kits, so I got one and built it for the flight. So technically it's not my rocket to keep, so I'm getting my own!
I recently bought a binder design 4" Excel Dual Deploy which still hasn't gotten here.. Thanks USPS.
Anyway! I'm very excited for this build. I ordered some US Composites 635, fast hardener and milled fiber. I already had some cab-o-sil. I noticed the msds for the resin is no where to be found on this forum, so I've included it here!
Also, I work in an aerospace composites lab, so I'm very used to working with glass, carbon, and resins. I also have access to prepreg fabrics, vacuum systems, autoclaves, and a 7'x7'x20' composites curing oven.
