It's really not hard to do - the launch tower was the first project that I ever did any molding or casting for. The basic steps are: 1) Make the master part. 2) Make a mold from the master part. 3) Cast as many copies as you need.

I would suggest that you start with a kit like the Alumilite Super Starter Kit and follow the directions. There are some fairly good "how-to" articles on their web site at https://alumilite.com/
