How many of you out there plan your builds in advance? I typically have a defined build queue of about 3 models, so I thought it might be interesting to see what's on everyone's list of upcoming projects.

Right now my build queue looks like this:

1.) Estes Cherokee-D : Clone of original K-47 configuration with balsa nose cone and 16.35" long body tube. Parts from Semroc, Decals from Excelsior Rocketry. Status: 90% Complete

2.) Estes Citation Patriot : Clone of original KC-3 kit. Parts from Estes Designer Special, Decals from Excelsior Rocketry. Status: 25% Complete

3.) Estes Avenger : Clone of original K-38 kit. Parts from Semroc, Decals from Excelsior Rocketry. Status: Not Started

I'm in the painting stages of a minimum diameter MPR, and I have exactly 3 kits sitting and waiting for when I finish. I'm still not sure of the order yet, but they are:

That's the planned next three anyway. My daughter has this idea about me building a "dog" rocket for her.

Just finished an up rated Estes “Hornet” 24mm motor mt. and 4” payload bay.

I have an LOC Precision “Stovi” in the works and a few more small fry sitting in my too-do box.

I don't tend to have a queue of projects because my scheduling situation can be pretty dynamic. I tend to do projects based on where and when I can fit them in. I also try not to work parallel projects.

I've just finished 3 Estes Satellite Interceptor versions, including a scrap build upscale, stock SI, and Crossbow SST modification to a true downscale SI using 1/2A engines. Slammed out an Estes Viking overnight converted to 1/2A power as a prototype for a fund rasier rocket.

Current project is a scratch build military semi scale missile...more to come on that.

Oh, one future project that needs to be done soon will be about 100 of Art Applewhite 13mm Turbo Stealths...

How are you doing the dual deploy on the BH29? I have one and I'm considering using a cracked RouseTech (only slightly cracked) 29-40/120 case as my av-bay (I think I can get a Raven and LiPo in there).

I dont own a Merc YET! However ,it seems ya get a LOT of BANG for the buck spent.Im looking at the RDR1 and I like the "Intergrator" A 4" framed rocket at 52" tall for $63.50. ya.. thats alot of bang for your buck. I picked up a PML AMRAAM 2 this winter ( with some help and a little nudging from a TRF member) to make the move up to MPR. I havent built it yet,but soon to be started.Anywhoo- have fun looking-n-looking-n-looking :roll: SOOOOO much to choice from....
