Wanted - 3" of 5" body tube

Does anyone have about 3" of 5" body tube I can buy?
(neither has to be exact)

I want to use it for a fin ring.

I have some 4 inch BT, namely some Estes BT-101. Is that close enough?

Other options for tail rings:
roll your own out of poster board,
keep an eye open for suitable product packing/packaging materials,
empty out a plastic jar of Skippy peanut butter (or some similar product) and cut a plastic cylinder from the empty container,
find a suitable hard smooth object to use as a mold and bend a thin sheet of balsa around it (laminate inside and outside with paper for reinforcement)

Buy a large sized Quaker Bin, which is almost exactly 5" dia.. You can eat, store, or throw away the contents. This tube is on the thin side so you might want to make the ring double wall, or even glass it.

I have a bin of oats (nothing like a good breakfast!).

I was considering making one out of thin balsa and a form, but this is SOOOOOO much easier! I like the industrial peanut butter too.........have to think about that one...
