Volunteering?

Hi All,

I signed up to volunteer; I love helping out at events across the country....

But...

I'll only be there two days and I don't see where we sign up for time, duties, etc. Will the actual sign up detailing times and assignments be done on field or in advance? I'm content sitting put for now; I'm eager to help and curious how it'll all pan out!
