Where in Houston is a good place to go for model rocketry besides a Hobby Lobby
 
Launches at Johnson Space Center (NAR) and the Tripoli sites.

I'll be interested to see if anyone points toward hobby shops locally, as I haven't ID'ed any that would be worth going five minutes out of your way for as far as rocket stuff.

If you're driving, 10ring.com is a great brick and mortar reloading shop that sometimes has 4Fg BP on hand.
