VCP for Windows 10?

Does anybody know whether there is a Windows 10-compatible version of VCP? I don't follow this sub-forum, so I apologize if this topic is extremely old news.

I have mine setup to run in windows xp. Just change the compatibility settings in windows 10 for this program.
