I'm sure you've mentioned it before, but I'm too lazy to look. When are you planning on getting the cert?
Seems like your putting a lot of work in the finishing. I'll bet she'll look beautiful when all painted up!

I agree! Connor, you have put so much work into this project. You will have no problem getting your cert. I'm sure the rocket will be a workhorse.
Got a 12X12 black nonexistent blanket off of ebay so now I pretty much have everything I need for this build minus the paint

Man I wished you let me know, I have been trying to get rid of my nonexistent blanket for a while now. It's a little larger than 12 by 12 but it would still work just fine in a DX3.

Ok the rest of the stuff arrived for the build minus the chute which is coming today. I still don't understand why the aeropack is so expensive....

Considering the cost of a motor casing and what would result if the motor was kicked out instead of the parachute, I consider them cost effective. Plus the next time you build a rocket with a 38MM motor mount you only need to purchase a base unit. BTW Madcow sells the Aeropack retainers for less than Apogee does.
