Development and downwards have not been moved from: https://openrocket.sourceforge.net/? Second guessing because there have been zero updates in the last 2 years.

That is the latest version. Development continues by volunteers.

The unstable branch on github has the latest snapshot of the development. It is not ready for release yet.
