It seems like it's already been firmly established that Semroc is probably the single BEST overall Model Rocketry manufacturer. But I'll share my Semroc story anyway...
I ordered several items, and they shipped same day. I received them one or two days later (USPS). Unfortunately, one of the kits was missing. I had ordered two of this single kit, and it got overlooked on this large order. I sent an email that evening around 7PM maybe. The next morning I got no less than TWO responses that it had been taken care of, and a notification that the shipping label was printed at FOUR AM.
I cant' say enough good things about Semroc. They're simply the best.
