I have an water slide decal sheet for a vintage kit that I would like to put to use. But I discovered that somehow a dry transfer set of letters slipped out of its plastic envelope, leaving bits of letters all over the decal sheet. With the age of the decal sheet, I was planning on giving it a couple coats of Microscale liquid decal film before using the sheet. But I can't do that unless I find a way to remove the dry transfer bits.
Does anybody have a suggestion of how to remove the dry transfer without damaging the water-slide decals?
Thanks.
