Has anyone ever heard back from Perfectflite? I have sent several questions over the last year, none of which were showstopper issues, but kind of surprised to have not gotten a single reply.

I sent him some Stratologger data to look at last year (April??) and he was pretty quick in his reply.

I only inquired once, but did have an e-mail dialog going. Perhaps he is out of town/busy with work/camping on a remote hillside.

I requested help this past August about reading data out of my StratoLogger. They responded within a few days. Within a few days I was able to get around the problems and get the data.

I've always had the best service from them. Perhaps they are out of touch due to weather, as they are in northern new england.
