What is it, and did it fall from the sky??? I don't know what it is but it looks to have been thrown at the side of the trailer rather than falling and hitting it.

Looks like it might have been heated. I'm wondering if it was someone who found the airbag cylinder while scrapping part of a car, then tossed it into a fire, and got lucky it didn't hit them when it cooked off.
