NARHAMS Night Launch questions

Hey all! Speaking of night launches I have a few questions about the upcoming NARHAMS Night Launch on 9/11.What sort of a light setup would be acceptable?What about a minimum setup?Anything not allowed?Any advice?

Basically, anything up to a "B" can launch with a cyalume lightstick, anything above that requires an electronic lighting system (LED's, strobes, luminescent panels, etc.)
