Mystery nose cone

I got this nose cone in a box of old rocket stuff i purchased from someone, and it looks pretty solid! Its 189g and it fits a LOC 2.56" bt perfectly. My only concern is not knowing how the I hook was secured.

Ive never foamed a nose cone and not sure if its just usually embedded in the foam itself or anchored to the walls somehow?

Grab ahold of the eyebolt and twist. If it doesn't spin, your good to go. Report back...

If it has, say, a long threaded shaft with a fender washer & a couple nuts buried just in the foam, I'd fly it. But my story changes fast if it's full of lead shot. How heavy is it?

If it was me, I'd give a hard tug on the eyebolt. I admit I don't know just how hard, but certainly no harder than the strength of the "shock" cord.
