I'd like to have the building, but that door takes too darned long to open.

My B-I-L bought a house out in the country, and it came with a 40' x 40' metal building. He keeps his boat and his lawnmowers in there. I would like to have something like that, although I would be really happy with just a 20' x 20' space of my own. Right now all that I have is a spare 10' x 10' bedroom. The other 2500 SF have been taken over by my wife and it all has to be kept neat and clean. She really complains about the mess in my little room, I just tell her that is why it has a door that can be kept closed.

I'm planning a 12x16 for an e-shop which will contain electronics/computers/servers and a 30x40 auto/machine shop sometime in the next couple of years. An 8x12 would be perfect for an EX outbuilding
