No, dry transfers are rub on. They are not vinyl. They are ink with an adhesive on the back. At least I think so. Since they are ink, they are printed and you can get much smaller lettering. Pro-Mark was great but they are now out of business. I talked with Mark, and he does great work, but could not make some of the lettering I needed that small. So I ended up painting on all the markings.

The more parts required for a device to function, the more likely there is to be a failure.
For an HP rocket to fly and return dual deploy, there are a lot of things that need to happen correctly in series at the proper time.
And in general the equipment isn't quite as reliable as its ad copy either.
