3D Printing Launching Cura

Does anyone else have a hard time getting Cura to start? I have to reboot and then kill the task the first time. The second try usually works.

All the versions I’ve used (3.6 on) have done it. V4.2.1 is really fighting me.

Running in Win8 compatibility mode fixes, but slows down.
