The Kansas Organization for Space Modeling (KOSMO) is happy to announce a new flying site for KRAMO-28. The meet will be held at the Kansas State Fairgrounds, Parking Lot C (don't worry guys, it's grass, not pavement!) and will feature the following events:

Open Spot Landing
B Helicopter
1/2A BG
C Eggloft Duration

An unofficial 'People's Choice' Sport Scale event will also be held; if we knew we would get enough competitors we would have made the meet a Regional and held it as an official event.

More details and directions are at http://www.kosmo427.org/kramo.html
or you can email me at mark.s.johnson@att.net.

This is the first launch we've been able to hold at the new site, which is approximately 1500 feet on a side. Fun flyers up to the FAA Class I limit (1500 grams total, 125 grams propellant) are welcome - bring your 2-G clusters and single-H models!

I'll bring my water sprayer for the grass in case if it is not wet enough.
