Folding Flying Wing & Deployable Glider announcement

For those of you who do not frequent the glider forum, here is a link (at bottom of message) to a thread I created that describes a project I did about 10 years ago to develop some high performance FAI S4A Boost Gliders. The folding Flying Wing about 28" span, the straight-winged deployable glider 36" span. Each design folding up to be about 9.5" long and fit inside of a 2" tube of a very light low drag rocket.

Even those who are not into gliders may find it interesting, as it was a bit more of a journey, and a design and custom parts thing, than an end-result kind of thing. Also, kind of like a "build thread" posted all at once, 10-ish years later.
