Working name is Fireball XGT.
West Shore Rocketry's Fireball XGT
Not painted. Its only a prototype. Also needs some finishing work done, like fillets. That will be done tommorrow. But it did pass the swing test today. I'll paint it after it passes the launch test. Motors are B4-4, B6-4, C6-3, C6-5. If I could afford Rocksim, I'd put it thru its paces there.
If it passes the flight test I have planned for next week, it may just become West Shore Rocketry's first kit.
It's simple. Maybe level 1.5, due to cutting out the fins yourself.
It did suprise me by passing the swing test, I thought the fins would need to be larger.
Standard Estes 18mm MMT.
Lower tube is an Estes BT-55, 18" long.
transitions to a BT-50 4" long to the Black PNC-50 nosecone.
Chute is 12"
As the page says, it will have the "attached to the motor mount" shock cord w/kevlar in later versions. I ran out of kevlar, and got a little impatient to get this done.
