30 days and still no mention of it on the DC District Court website:

Searching for "Walton" will crop the list to only his cases, and still nothing.
At the NARCON "Town Hall Meeting", Trip Barber said something about the opinion not being "official" until a stamped copy gets entered into the court records. It would appear that the 60 day waiting period hasn't even started yet?
